About Me: Engineering Clarity through Pedagogy

Academic Foundation & Maker Mindset I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.), specializing in Technology Education (60 ECTS) and Arts. My academic journey began with a focus on the intersection of engineering and human-centric design; my Master’s thesis analyzed the physical construction and safety of playgrounds through a child-centric lens. This balance of structural precision and user empathy has remained the cornerstone of my professional identity.

Strategic ICT Liaison & Implementation For over a decade within the City of Helsinki’s education sector, I have bridged the gap between complex technology and daily classroom operations. As an ICT Liaison, I didn’t just manage hardware; I acted as a strategic advisor for ICT procurement. My focus was always on finding the most user-friendly and friction-free solutions for teachers and students, ensuring that technology served the pedagogy, not the other way around.

Digital Transformation in Action During the global shift to remote learning, I led my faculty’s digital transition. While training colleagues in the Office 365 environment, I architected a comprehensive, visual learning platform using Google Workspace. The Drive Behind Studio OSa: Turning Challenges into Assets

The foundation of Studio OSa was born out of a pivotal moment in my career transition. After reaching the final stages of a recruitment process and completing a complex case assignment that didn’t lead to a hire, I felt a surge of professional ”sisu” (determination). Instead of stepping back, I decided to lean in.

I viewed that moment as a catalyst to build something bigger. I personally invested in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and secured my own domain to establish a professional platform where my skills could be fully visible. I committed to transforming every future academic project and technical challenge into a high-quality, real-world Business Case.

This website and the Studio OSa brand are more than a portfolio—they are a testament to my proactive mindset. It shows that when I face a gap in communication or a technical hurdle, I don’t just wait for a solution; I invest my own time and resources to build the bridge. For me, ICT is not just about tickets and hardware—it’s about professional pride, visual clarity, and the relentless drive to show what is possible when pedagogy meets technology.
